Jake’s Welding Inc. Website & Lead Generation System

From Tradeshow-Dependent Sales to Consistent Quote Requests

The Challenge

Jake’s Welding had a strong product and a good reputation, but their digital presence was not doing the same level of work as their equipment.
Their Model 600 Hoof Trimming Chute is a specialized, high-value product, which means the website could not just “look nice.” It needed to explain the product clearly, answer practical farmer questions, show the chute in action, and make it easy for interested buyers to request a quote.
The business had traditionally leaned on tradeshows, referrals, and existing relationships. Those channels were valuable, but they limited how many new farmers could discover the product. Jake’s Welding needed a system that could generate demand year-round, not just during events or in-person sales conversations.
They also needed lead quality. A generic website form was not enough. The goal was to attract real farmers, ranchers, hoof trimmers, and farm operators who were actively interested in the Model 600 and willing to start a sales conversation.

The Solution

NerdySpider helped Jake’s Welding turn their website and advertising into a practical sales tool.

We rebuilt the online experience around the Model 600 Hoof Trimming Chute, focusing on clear product positioning, straightforward farm-focused messaging, and quote-request pathways that made it easy for serious buyers to take the next step.

The website was structured to highlight the product’s most important selling points, show real-world use cases, and reduce friction for visitors who wanted pricing or more information. Instead of sending traffic to a generic page, the campaign directed buyers toward a focused quote-request process built around the chute itself.

On the marketing side, we launched Facebook lead generation campaigns aimed at farmers and agricultural operators. The campaign used product-focused creative, direct messaging, and a clear quote request offer to generate leads from people actively interested in the equipment.

Behind the scenes, quote requests were routed directly to Jake’s Welding so their team could follow up quickly with interested buyers.

The Process

We mapped out a new site, built out a lead gen system, and implemented robust tracking

Design Options

Every design project starts in Figma where we present the client with moodboards and options for what they want their home page to look like.

Model 600 Front and Center

Although Jakes Welding builds a comprehensive collection of dairy stabling equipment, their Model 600 hoof trimming chute is their pride and joy. The site has a prominent "featured" section that displays the Model 600 to all site visitors which drove a large increase in leads and requests for this system.

Lead Generation System

Once we had a strong site built we set up a complete lead generating system inside of Meta Business manager. With an average lead cost of about $25 they quickly went from selling a dozen hoof trimmers a year to many, many times that number in under a year of working with us. By trusting the process and working closely with us to build out ad campaigns that spoke directly to their customer base their business grew rapidly and they haven't looked back!

Features We Built

The campaign generated dozens of quote requests at a strong cost per lead, contributed to multiple chute sales, and opened the door to larger distribution conversations.

The Results

Jake’s Welding now has more than just a website. They have a practical online sales system that helps farmers understand the product, request a quote, and start a real buying conversation. For a specialized, high-ticket product like a hoof trimming chute, that kind of system is far more valuable than a basic online brochure. It gives the business a way to keep generating opportunities long after the tradeshow booth is packed up.
