From there, we developed a document generation engine with an intuitive guided wizard, enabling their team to produce corporate documents and shareholder certificates with precision and ease.
To complete the workflow, we implemented a deep integration with the DocuSign API, allowing generated documents to flow seamlessly into the client's hands for digital execution—eliminating the fragmented process of juggling spreadsheets, disconnected databases, and manual uploads.

We began by mapping the end-to-end workflow of HDP staff and their legal counsel, identifying the friction points slowing down document generation and signature collection at scale. From there, we developed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups—refined through multiple rounds of review with the HDP team—to ensure staff could move from client record to generated document to executed signature within a single, unified interface.

Generating documents that accommodate variable shareholder counts, contact structures, and corporate details is a deceptively complex undertaking. Through extensive iteration and rigorous edge-case testing, we delivered a robust generation engine that performs consistently at scale—producing documents in the precise format HDP and their clients have come to expect.
To accelerate document turnaround, we built a tight DocuSign integration that eliminates the round trips typically required between disparate platforms. HDP staff can now generate a document, route it to legal counsel for review, and have it automatically dispatched to the client for signature via DocuSign. Once executed, the document is archived directly within the centralized repository.
